Adult Day Support
Introduced in 1997, this program's goal is to help older adults maintain an independent lifestyle as long as possible. The Adult Day Support program is for clients: people who live in the community but require support managing chronic health problems.
Core services are directly oriented to the needs of the client, but will include social and recreational opportunities, maintenance of daily living skills, physical and mental activity, and health surveillance including medication management, and monitoring. ADSP clients can also access Father Lacombe Care Centre's pastoral care and church services, and social services support.
