Southbound on Macleod Trail: Follow Macleod Trail South to the Bannister Road exit (south of Canyon Meadows Drive). From the right lane, follow the Bannister Rd access ramp. Turn right at the lights onto Bannister Road. Turn left onto 146 Ave SE. Follow 146 Ave SE up the hill; Father Lacombe Care Centre is on the left.

Northbound on Macleod Trail: Follow Macleod Trail North to the 149 Ave SE exit (north of Midlake Blvd). Turn right onto 149 Ave SE. Turn left onto Bannister Road. Turn right onto 146 Ave SE. Follow 146 Ave SE up the hill; Father Lacombe Care Centre is on the left.
